On-site practical classes of students of the Department of Ecology For 4th year students of groups 402 and 401 of the Department of Ecology of the Faculty of Ecological Safety, Engineering and Technology in accordance with the program of the discipline “Ecological Toxicology” (teacher – associate professor of the Department of Ecology Bilyk TI) National Botanical Garden named after MM Grishko NAS of Ukraine. Future ecologists in the department of allelopathy and the laboratory of measuring equipment had the opportunity to get acquainted with the method of assessing allelopathic activity of plants, as well as with modern methods of determining biologically active substances.
Employees of the National Botanical Garden told about its history and made an excursion to the office-museum of a prominent scientist, academician A.Grodzinski.
