Dr. Kuznietsova has long-term research and teaching experience in issues related to energy efficiency, environmental protection as well as resource-efficient technologies. In recent years, Dr. Kuznietsova has been studying issues related to EU energy and environmental legislation, circular economy and sustainable development as well as management of waste.
Olena Kuznietsova has experience in participating in projects under the EU Erasmus+ Program. She is the coordinator of the Jean Monnet Module ‘EnergyC’ project (February 2022 – January 2025).
As the coordinator of the CIRCLEMAN project, Olena Kuznietsova performs the functions of project administrator, coordinates the work of project team members, and also participates in the development and teaching of the course ‘Circular Economy and Waste Management’, the organization of round tables and other events, research on European policies and practices in waste management, and promotes the ideas of circular economy and resource conservation among the general public.

Prof. M. Baranovskyy has many years of successful experience in international scientific cooperation. He has been collaborating with colleagues from University of Nottingham University as well as Aberystwyth University, Great Britain. He completed extended internships at universities in the USA (for 7 months), at the Zenkenberg Research Institute, Germany (for 3 months), at universities in the Netherlands, Austria, Turkey, Argentina, France and Spain. He significantly contributed to the establishment of close contacts with higher educational institutions and research institutions of Europe, USA, Latin America, which resulted in the implementation of international projects such as AGFED, SUSFOOD, SUSPHARM, AGRIPOL.
Mykhailo Baranovskyy has experience in participating in projects under the EU Erasmus+ Program. He is a member of the project team for the implementation of the Jean Monnet Module ‘EnergyC’ project (February 2022 – January 2025).
As a member of the project team, Mykhailo Baranovskyy participates in the development and teaching of the course ‘Circular Economy and Waste Management’, the organization of round tables and other events, research on European practices in waste management, and in promoting the ideas of circular economy among the general public.
Iryna Korniyenko
Project team member, Associate Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, National Aviation University, Ph.D.
Iryna Korniyenko has extensive practical and scientific experience in waste bioconversion research, focusing on its transformation into biogas and biofertilizers. She acts as the academic mentor for student research projects that have won prizes in the National Scientific Research Competition in the field of ‘Biotechnology and Bioengineering,’ including the project ‘Biotechnology of Plant Waste Recycling Using Modern EM Technologies’.
Under Iryna Korniyenko’s supervision, several master’s theses focusing on the development of biotechnology and incorporating European experience in the circular economy have been successfully prepared and defended.

Larysa Yastremska has extensive experience as both a researcher and educator, specializing in the bioconversion of organic materials, including waste, into biogas. In recent years, Larysa Yastremska’s research has focused on the study of European energy and climate policy, as well as the analysis of the EU’s waste management practices.
Larysa Yastremska has experience in participating in projects under the EU Erasmus+ Program. She is a member of the project team for the implementation of the Jean Monnet Module ‘EnergyC’ project (February 2022 – January 2025).
As a member of the project team, Larysa Yastremska contributes to the development, periodic updating, and teaching of the course ‘Circular Economy and Waste Management,’ conducts research on European experience in organic waste bioconversion and biogas production, and is involved in organizing and conducting project events (round tables, conferences, etc.).
